Job responsibilities

  • Lead change management strategy and execution for enterprise-scale technology and process transformations, working closely with program leadership, IT, and business units

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change impact assessments, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies before and during major organizational shifts

  • Build and mentor change management teams; own training curriculum, adoption metrics, and resistance mitigation

  • Partner with project management and delivery leadership to integrate change management into timelines and success criteria from project kickoff through post-implementation

  • Drive organizational readiness through data-backed diagnostics, pilot programs, and feedback loops that inform course corrections

  • Measure and report on change adoption, user sentiment, and business impact; use metrics to refine approaches in real time

  • Serve as the escalation point for high-risk stakeholder concerns and organizational resistance; own resolution strategies that preserve momentum and credibility

Candidate requirements

  • 5–10 years of hands-on change management experience, with at least 2–3 years leading change teams through major technology or process transformations

  • Demonstrated success running large-scale change initiatives (budget, timeline, team scope) in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

  • Strong foundation in change methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent) and ability to tailor approach to organizational culture and transformation type

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to executives, frontline teams, and everyone in between

  • Track record building and leading teams; experience with hiring, coaching, and retention in change management or adjacent disciplines

  • Comfort with data and metrics; ability to design adoption measurement frameworks and translate findings into actionable decisions
