Typical job responsibilities
Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise systems implementations, migrations, and organizational restructures
Lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training design to support adoption across business units
Partner with project managers, technical leads, and business sponsors to assess change impact and build mitigation plans
Own resistance management: identify organizational friction early, address concerns, and build buy-in through targeted interventions
Drive readiness assessments, capability gaps, and capability building programs to ensure teams are equipped for new ways of working
Build and mentor a small change team; track adoption metrics and adjust tactics in real time based on feedback and performance data
Communicate progress to executive sponsors and business leaders; escalate blockers and recommend course corrections
Typical candidate requirements
5+ years managing organizational change, preferably across technology implementations, system migrations, or business transformation initiatives
Demonstrated experience building change communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans from scratch
Comfort with technical environments: you've worked alongside engineers and product teams and can translate technical concepts for business audiences
Track record of building and leading small teams; experience mentoring others in change management disciplines
Strong oral and written communication; ability to present to C-level executives and facilitate difficult conversations across organizational lines
Experience with change readiness tools, adoption metrics, and post-implementation reviews
