What the market looks like
Director, AI Product is one of the highest-leverage product leadership tracks we see — responsible for connecting enterprise AI capabilities to real customer outcomes across multiple product areas. Base compensation generally lands in a $200K–$290K range with meaningful equity, and the densest hiring is across technology, financial services, and the AI-enabled side of professional services. The strongest directors we place are product leaders with genuine technical depth — not product managers with a passing interest in AI.
