Job responsibilities

Candidate requirements
8+ years of hands-on experience leading digital transformation, technology modernization, or large-scale operational change initiatives.
Demonstrated success managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar transformation programs and delivering measurable business impact.
Proven ability to build and lead teams; experience mentoring directors or senior managers preferred.
Strong business acumen and comfort translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders; ability to articulate ROI and strategic value.
Track record of driving organizational adoption and change management in complex, matrixed environments.
Familiarity with AI, automation, or cloud modernization initiatives—direct involvement in at least one transformational technology program.
