Job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product transformation initiatives that integrate AI capabilities into existing or new product lines, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
Own roadmap prioritization and delivery against transformation goals, balancing rapid experimentation with sustainable technical debt management.
Partner with cross-functional leadership to define success metrics, gather stakeholder alignment, and communicate progress and learnings transparently.
Build and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and technical leads who drive transformation work forward.
Drive adoption of new AI-enabled product capabilities through internal enablement, customer education, and iterative feedback loops.
Identify and mitigate transformation risks — technical, organizational, and market-facing — before they compound.
Establish playbooks and processes that scale transformation work across the organization without creating bottlenecks.
Candidate requirements
5+ years of product management, program management, or business transformation experience, with at least 2 years in a role managing cross-functional teams or large organizational initiatives.
Demonstrated track record shipping product features or business transformation programs from concept through adoption, with measurable business impact.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and working effectively with technical teams; you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to think like one.
Strong communication and storytelling skills — you can explain complex transformation initiatives to executives, engineers, and end users in ways that land.
Exposure to AI or modern product stacks (cloud infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines) — hands-on familiarity preferred, but strategic understanding is sufficient.
Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams in fast-moving environments.
