Key responsibilities
Own the firm's multi-year transformation agenda and lead delivery across programs
Partner with the CEO and board on priorities, investment, and value realization
Lead a senior transformation leadership team spanning strategy, delivery, and change
Drive hard portfolio-level decisions — kill, reprioritize, double down
Integrate AI, digital, and operating-model change under a single program
Represent transformation externally with clients, partners, and industry forums
Own value delivery against the board-level mandate with clear metrics and accountability
Develop the senior bench that will outlast the transformation
Candidate requirements
15+ years across consulting, corporate transformation, or COO-adjacent roles
Demonstrated ownership of large, multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation programs
Strong executive presence and ability to operate at C-suite and board level
Proven leader of senior leaders (50+ indirect reports)
Deep fluency across modern transformation levers
Excellent external communication
