Job responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of digital transformation roadmaps, translating business strategy into phased, measurable initiatives
Partner with technology, operations, and business teams to identify automation opportunities, process improvements, and technology investments
Own change management and stakeholder engagement—build buy-in across leadership and frontline teams, manage resistance, and ensure adoption
Drive assessment of current-state systems and processes, develop business cases for transformation investments, and track ROI against defined metrics
Build and mentor a team of transformation analysts, project managers, or subject matter experts; delegate workstreams and coach delivery
Integrate emerging technologies—including AI/ML tools—into transformation strategy and oversee pilots or proofs of concept
Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership; adjust roadmaps based on market conditions, resource constraints, or shifting priorities
Candidate requirements
5–10 years of hands-on experience leading digital or business transformation initiatives in a management or senior IC role—shipping at least two to three end-to-end programs
Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technology and process strategies; comfort with legacy systems modernization and cloud migration
Track record managing cross-functional stakeholders, building change management plans, and driving adoption in resistant or complex organizational environments
Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) and business case development; familiarity with transformation tooling and frameworks
Comfortable with emerging technology trends (AI, automation, data platforms) and ability to evaluate where these tools create competitive advantage
Strong communication and storytelling skills—can translate transformation strategy for both technical and non-technical audiences
