Job responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of digital transformation roadmaps, translating business strategy into phased, measurable initiatives

  • Partner with technology, operations, and business teams to identify automation opportunities, process improvements, and technology investments

  • Own change management and stakeholder engagement—build buy-in across leadership and frontline teams, manage resistance, and ensure adoption

  • Drive assessment of current-state systems and processes, develop business cases for transformation investments, and track ROI against defined metrics

  • Build and mentor a team of transformation analysts, project managers, or subject matter experts; delegate workstreams and coach delivery

  • Integrate emerging technologies—including AI/ML tools—into transformation strategy and oversee pilots or proofs of concept

  • Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership; adjust roadmaps based on market conditions, resource constraints, or shifting priorities

Candidate requirements

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience leading digital or business transformation initiatives in a management or senior IC role—shipping at least two to three end-to-end programs

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technology and process strategies; comfort with legacy systems modernization and cloud migration

  • Track record managing cross-functional stakeholders, building change management plans, and driving adoption in resistant or complex organizational environments

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) and business case development; familiarity with transformation tooling and frameworks

  • Comfortable with emerging technology trends (AI, automation, data platforms) and ability to evaluate where these tools create competitive advantage

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—can translate transformation strategy for both technical and non-technical audiences
