Job responsibilities

  • Lead change readiness assessments and design adoption strategies for organizational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs

  • Develop and execute communication plans across multiple stakeholder groups—executives, managers, frontline teams—using tailored messaging and channels

  • Partner with project leadership to identify resistance patterns, gaps in capability, and barriers to adoption; recommend and implement interventions

  • Build and mentor change networks and ambassadors to drive peer-to-peer adoption and sustain momentum post-launch

  • Track change metrics—adoption rates, training completion, sentiment indicators—and report progress to leadership; adjust approach based on data

  • Manage training programs, documentation, and knowledge resources; ensure teams have tools and support to operate new systems or processes

  • Integrate change management into project schedules from planning through post-implementation review; partner with PMO and technical teams

Candidate requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on change management experience, with at least two large-scale, cross-functional transformations led from planning through adoption

  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver communication and training strategies to diverse audiences, from C-suite to frontline staff

  • Proven track record measuring and reporting change adoption metrics; comfort translating organizational resistance into actionable interventions

  • Strong partnering skills—ability to work with project managers, technical teams, HR, and business leaders in matrixed environments

  • Experience managing stakeholder engagement and building change ambassador networks in mid-to-large organizations (500+ employees)
