Key responsibilities
Lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives from diagnosis through delivery
Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to define scope, value, and roadmaps
Drive change management alongside technology delivery — adoption is the only outcome that counts
Own program-level execution including scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment
Shape operating model decisions, not just technology decisions
Bring external benchmarks and patterns to internal conversations
Integrate AI and data capabilities into the transformation program as they mature
Build the internal case for where transformation investment will actually move the needle
Candidate requirements
7+ years in digital transformation, management consulting, or internal program leadership
Demonstrated delivery of programs that combined technology, process, and people change
Strong fluency across modern transformation levers — digital, data, AI, operating model, and agile delivery
Experience leading senior stakeholders through difficult decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication
Credibility with both technical and business audiences
