Median compensation for this cohort sits around $200,000, with top-quartile packages reaching $400,000+. The strongest candidates in this space bring deep experience reshaping operating models and workflows — they've led multi-year transformations, built cross-functional alignment at scale, and learned to navigate the politics of large-scale change.
